Mike Sexton is a 20 year Marine Corps veteran retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer. Since retiring Mike became a competitive shooter competing in IDPA, USPSA, Long Range Precision and 3 Gun for over 20 years. Mike has also attended numerous military and civilian training academies. He is a certified NRA firearms instructor teaching pistol, rifle, and shotgun courses in both competition and personal defense for over 20 years. Mike has taught classes all over the country and while at home he teaches at Clinton House Plantation. Mike’s sponsors includes Kahles Optics, HIPERFIRE, TRU-SPEC, Dissident Arms, NAT, Lazerwerks, Stage Zero shooting supply, Hunters Gold, Two Vets Tripods, and Patriot Cases.

Mike has shot 23 total PRS matches, of which 4 are Pro Series matches. Mike hails from Woodruff, South Carolina and has 6 years of experience shooting in the PRS. This shooter's best Pro Series finish was at the MPA Summer Shootout match in 2019 where they finished 91 out of 107 shooters. This shooter's best Regional Series finish was at the South Carolina Precision Rifle Challenge at The Clinton House Plantation 8-05-2023 match in 2023 where they finished 28 out of 74 shooters.
