PRS Rimfire - March 2025 - Chilliwack BC

Welcome to the second PRS Rimfire Event of the year that the BCPRL is hosting at the Chilliwack Fish and Game Protective Association Range. This venue is awesome and offers shooters a covered firing point, multiple shooting locations, multiple shooting props and targets ranging between 25 and 200 m, so expect a fun match with challenging time limits and varied target distances!

This is a RIMFIRE (more specifically 22LR and air rifles only) rifle match designed for competitors shooting non-magnum, rimfire cartridges at steel targets ranging from 0.25 MOA to 8 + MOA. This match will be run as a sanctioned, PRS Rimfire match, that will focus on having shooters shoot off of improvised positions, barricades, tripods, prone and anything else that the modern marksman should be able to do.

This is a one day, precision rifle match hosted by the BC Precision Rifle league and will challenge shooters of all skill levels. The match will be a pretty up-tempo match, lots of shooting, and will be both physically and mentally demanding. Most stages will have some sort of stress involved; either timed or varying target sizes. There will be many different barricades and natural terrain to navigate through while shooting the match as well. Come prepared! It is not supposed to be super easy. Again, Come Prepared and be ready to have a great time!! We strive to have minimal down time.

PRS membership is not required to shoot this match, however, to have your score counted to a national leaderboard, you will require one. PRS Memberships can be found here [https://www.precisionrifleseries.com/memberships] with the rimfire membership only being $20 USD for the season! If you would like to assist with setup, I will be at the range approximately 0730-0800 and we'll get targets sorted out, any and all help will make the day flow quicker!
