Apex Optics is proud to Present the 2nd Annual Apex Rocky Mountain Challenge PRS 2-Day Pro Series Qualifier Match, hosted in the beautiful foothills of the Calgary range of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. The match will take place on the last weekend of the world famous Calgary Stampede, dubbed the “Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth”. It will give everyone an opportunity to come and experience the 10 day party that famously shuts down the entire city of Calgary, as well as an opportunity to visit the majestic Banff, Lake Louise, and Kananaskis Country, which are a short 1-2 hour drive from Calgary.

This will be a premier match for anyone looking to challenge themselves in a competitive course of fire, with the natural backdrop of the Rockies and the Alberta foothills, and all of the windy conditions that come along with it.

There will be blocks of rooms that will be made available to registrants and their families, as well as campground / RV park slots nearby.

We are also working to arrange blocks of rooms that will be made available to registrants and their families, more to follow on that.

FOOD, WATER, SNACKS
We will be providing water and gatorade to all match competitors and observers. Lunch and snacks will be provided both days, and the Saturday Evening Social is included for all match competitors with their match fee. Additional guest tickets for dinner can be purchased on the match website.

SIDE STAGE MATCH
The side match will not count towards points and will take place on the Friday. Cost, payouts and more details to be provided ahead of match date.

TRAIN-UP DAY
The train up day will take place on Friday and will not count towards points. Cost will be $50 per shooter (CAD), and shooters will be able to train on up to 6 stages with dedicated steel targets.

ZERO BOARD
There will be a zero board at 100y with a reticle levelling plumb bob that will be open from Friday through the end of the match.
