Welcome to the Vancouver Island Precision Rimfire Series 1st Match for PRS in 2024

Our venue is located on beautiful Comox Lake and we have a 54 site unserviced campsite on the property for those wishing to come the day prior to the match. There is no charge to camp in our off season. There are also coin op showers available for users at our Archery Range.

We run a covered shooting area on our 135 yard rimfire range.

This 6 stage match will begin at 12:30PM and should wrap up around 4:00PM.

In the morning we will run the NRL 22 February COF for those shooting in that league. Scores of course remain completely independent of each COF, so this is a 2 match day. Information on that match can be found on our club website or Practicescore.

The focus of our stage designs will be on movement with assorted props and tight times, however we also balance our stages with some fun ones that are geared towards beginners. (4 challenging, 2 a little lighter)

This is a RIMFIRE (more specifically 22LR and air rifles only) rifle match designed for competitors shooting non-magnum, rimfire cartridges at steel targets ranging from 0.25 MOA to 3 + MOA.

This match will be run as a sanctioned, PRS Rimfire match

PRS membership is not required to shoot this match, however, to have your score counted to a national leaderboard, you will require one. PRS Memberships can be found here [https://www.precisionrifleseries.com/memberships] with the rimfire membership only being $20 USD for the season!
If you would like to assist with setup, we start 0730-0800 for the first match (NRL) and reset stages for PRS @ noon.
