Welcome to the Precision Rifle Series Blue Mountain Revival on July 29th-30th.

Location and match info: Right outside of Vernal, Utah at Buckskin Hills Shooting Complex. We will have 20 stages made up of solid man-size obstacles to shoot from and natural terrain-prone shooting as well. Your target ranges will be from 200 yards to 1000 yds. This match location has a variety of obstacles for your shooting pleasure like vehicles, rocks, barricades, mining tires, a stage with 180 degrees of fire, and many more very solid props so we can see who is the best marksman and wind reader. This range will challenge the best and is a great learning experience for any new shooter. The course of fire will have stages set up for both beginners and the most experienced pro shooter. There will be no gimmick stages, only true PRS-style stages set up to better all shooter's abilities.

Terrain: The surrounding area has several mountain ranges. Blue Mountain, Diamond Mountain, and the Uintah Mountains all surround this area. The range is at the foothills and in the High Desert climate. Average daily temps in July are 80 to 90 degrees. So, bring your suntan lotion and those sun hats. We will have water at multiple locations and sunshades for our ROs.

Travel to and from: Vernal has its own Regional Airport with United Airlines connection flights to Denver, CO. This is 15mins from the range. Also, you can fly to Grand Junction, CO (2.5) hrs. or Salt Lake City (3hrs) away.

Hotels and Camping: There are multiple major hotel chains in Vernal and lots of great restaurants. Some of my favorite places to eat are Vernal Brewery, Swain's steakhouse, and Plaza Mexicana. Plenty to pick from. For RV/Campsites for $20 a night at https://www.buckskinhills.com/camping in the Motorsports complex with camper hook-ups and we have a local KOA. These are very large campsites so any size RV will fit.

Part of your Match fee will be going to Ro’s so we can have a smooth running match and continue getting their great help in the future.

The check-in day will be on July 28th from 12 pm until 6 pm. We will have paper at 100 yards as well as steel out to 1200 yards to check dope. We can also check you in from 630 am to 7 am on Saturday just before the match. But please don't be late.

Saturday, July 29th
-730am Shooter Safety Brief
-8am first rounds down range
-Lunch will be on the go served to you from 11 am until 1 pm
-10 stages completed on day one

Sunday, July 30th
-700am complete 10 remaining stages
-Snacks will be served
-3pm approximately head to the Awards and BBQ Dinner will be served.

We will 200 rounds will be enough to complete the course of fire. Please bring extra for sight in and mishaps.
