Northwest/Rocky Mountain Regional Finale

EVENT DETAILS

This 2-day regional finale match is for all levels of shooters. Whether its you first match or you are sitting at 300 points and have been shooting as a pro for years. This event will include 18 stages shot at 2 of the most unique venues you will ever experience at a match. Also, accommodations have been made so that shooters who cannot attend either Friday or Sunday can shoot for prizes and placement in the same match. Currently squads 1 through 3 are shooting Friday and 4 through 10 will be shooting Sunday. This could change as squads fill up.

Lodging:
Jerome and Twin Falls, Idaho have many hotels to choose from, however, it has been very challenging to find rooms last minute on weekends so please plan ahead and reserve your room early.

There will also be room for dry camping at the Martens’ Range in Jerome. Please contact Brook Martens at 208 539-3714 to reserve a spot.

*It will most likely be hot and dusty so please respect our neighbors and drive extremely slow at the Martens Range.

Sign-In & Location
Location of sign-in for the match is listed below via Physical address, Lat/Long. At sign-in area you will have the opportunity to zero but not shoot at distance to gather data. The reason for this is 2-fold. For one, shooters will be using the range for Fridays COF. And second, you would find that gathering data at Martens’ range would be a mistake because of the inconsistencies in air currents due to shooting lengthwise down a 300-foot cliff face. All Targets for Friday and Sunday (At Martens’ range) will be inside 800 yards.

This is NOT the location for Saturday! only stages 11-18 that are shot on Friday and Sunday. You will receive further instruction of Saturday’s shooting location upon arrival and sign-in.



* Plan for a 40-minute commute from Jerome to Saturday’s shooting location. Please carpool because parking is limited due to 360-degree firing line.

240 West, 580 South. This will work to get you close as an address. Simply follow the 200 West Road south 5.8 miles than turn right into the Field entrance that will be market with a banner.

Friday, August 27th (At Martens’ Range)
7:00 AM Sign-In and zero for Squads shooting Friday and Saturday.
7:30 AM Shooter Safety Brief.
8:00 AM Stages 11-18 for Friday Shooters.
1:30 PM Shooting complete (Lunch on the MD after shooting)
3:00 – 5:00 PM Zero and Sign in for Squads shooting Saturday/Sunday (no shooting at distance)

8:30am- First Rounds Fired
