Shooter Highlight - Josh Martin

Based in Bude, Cornwall, UK, Josh has been competing in both centerfire and rimfire PRS matches for five years. He’s a dedicated member of the precision rifle community and a standout competitor. Josh is owner of C2 Precision, UK's Precision Rifle shop for firearms, ammunition, and accessories.

In 2024, he represented Great Britain at the IPRF World Championship, and he will once again be part of Team GB at the 2025 IPRF Rimfire World Championship this August.

“My favorite part of the PRS community is the friendships I have made all around the world, and now the PRS is expanding rapidly into more European countries I really enjoy traveling and seeing new places and making friends.

The MDT frostbite European pro series qualifier lived up to its name. Day one was kind to us with sun and steady winds, I decided I was going to do everything my way this year and didn’t want to use tripod rear or over complicate stages with excess equipment, the stage props were solid and I could concentrate on the basics just as I wanted to. Day one I finished up with me dropping 2 shots out of 80 that put me in the lead.

Day 2 the heavens opened typical for a Welsh mountain side in February making it a very challenging shoot. I cleaned the first stage which set me in a great mental state for the day.” -Josh Martin
